Location.

Owners were rude and unfriendly; cold, sterile atmosphere.

This motel features a box room with a tele and phone. The owners have no concept of being pleasant to their guests.

That the room was clean. It had a microwave and fridge.

There was weird smell when you came in the room. Kind of
like a wintergreen moth ball smell.

I would stay there again. It was quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. The price was good. We wanted to spend our money mostly on skiing.

Close to where we wanted to go.

A little overpriced.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, a warm place to sleep at night and close to Winter Park Resort. The room is nothing extravagant but exactly what we needed.

If we had questions If we had questions, they had answers. I liked how the hotel is located in town so we could walk anywhere if we wanted.

I was worried that the hotel was going to look run down on the inside, but it didn't. The hotel was very clean and nice. We always had towels. Everything was great. Thanks a lot.

Quality is ok, and the rate is not expensive. Good for travelers that stay outside all day and come back just for sleep.

Good rooms.

Unwilling to help change from 1 king to 2 queens.

Very nice stay, pleasant and quiet. The staff could have been a little more willing to help.
